WHAT DIFFICULTY ARE YOU PROUD TO HAVE OVERCOME?
Building a strong and responsible team takes time, investment and flair. Being able to choose the good person who has the business’ values is a difficult task. Occasionally, I still make mistakes, but with time we are able to recognize the good candidate. I think the greatest challenge is to manage a team. I had to be mean in many circumstances in order to discipline or reorganize my troops. Human and interpersonal relationships need delicacy/tact.
